We process all orders within 1 - 2 business days. Our estimated delivery time is between 4 - 9 days, depending on destination.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to process a return.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made to order.
